  • Each Service visit includes:

    • Water Change

    • Water Testing

    • Glass Cleaning

    • Full check on all equipment

    • Thourogh inspection of fish and coral health

    After each visit we will follow up on what duties were preformed and if any changes were made to the tank. We work closely through communication on any problems that may arise in between services.

  • We offer consultations on both new installations and existing tanks. Weather you are looking for a new build design or upgrading your existing one we have you covered. we also offer 1 Hour visits if you are having problems with your aquarium but do not need help with service.

Shipping is $60.00 flat rate

  • All orders over $300 shipping is free

  • Orders can take up to 3 days to process after payments have been cleared. 

  • Orders received, will be shipped on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday.

  • Customers are responsible for providing email address and a safe, accurate shipping address to deliver. Please double check your address in your order confirmation.

  • DOA WILL NOT be covered if package is not received on the first delivery attempt.

  • We will not give refunds for orders where UPS has determined there’s no safe location to leave package.

  • Coral Candy Aquaculture LLC is not responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages, during the time of transit. Under all circumstances UPS is responsible. We will do our best to assist all customers regarding missing packages.

  • Coral Candy Aquaculture, LLC has no control over delays of package during the shipping process.  You would need to contact UPS customer service to help answer and track your order.  We will do our best to assist all customers with obtaining transit information of your order.

  • All claims will be thoroughly reviewed case by case; claims may take up to 2 weeks to process. Once UPS responds to your claim, we will be able to take further proper actions to help resolve this mishap. Until then, your patience is much appreciated as we work with the shipping carrier(s).

  • Filing a claim does not guarantee UPS to partially or fully compensate/reimburse you for your lost/stolen package, but we will do our best to assist you through the process.

  • You AGREE not to charge back a completed order without first trying to work it with us to resolve whatever problem you are facing.
